Minority Business Highlight: The Source

The Source is a boutique that sells small-batch goods from makers across the Midwest and beyond.

Sophia Savarese is the owner and founder of The Source.

“Inspired by travel and the creative people I’ve met along the way, the shop brings together small-batch finds discovered at art markets, through friendships, and personal shopping experiences,” Savarese said.

The Source offers a variety of products for Hoosier customers looking to decorate a space or support local artists and makers. Candles, stickers and apparel are among the products offered.

The shop carries products from local artists and businesses, including Candle & Cole, Adizzle and Lovehearted Kiddos.

“We believe in supporting small businesses, celebrating creativity, and creating connections between makers, shoppers, and the community we’re part of,” the company’s website says.
