Lifespan Health Services is a women-owned and run Primary Care Clinic based in Indianapolis.
Founded in 2025 by a board-certified nurse practitioner, Lifespan Health Services is designed to be a patient-centered primary care home focused on accessibility, prevention and long-term wellness, according to a press release. The practice was built on the belief that “high-quality care should be personal, consistent, and easy to access for individuals and families across Indiana.”
“Our mission is simple: provide exceptional, accessible care that treats every patient like family,” Florence Amanchukwu, administrator for Lifespan Health Services, said in a statement. “We opened this clinic to make healthcare easier, kinder, and more connected for the communities we serve.”

Located on the south side of Indianapolis, the clinic serves patients throughout Indianapolis, Marion County and surrounding rural and urban communities experiencing gaps in primary care access. Lifespan Health Services strives to “close the growing gap in primary care availability across Indiana,” and its services are designed to support both suburban and rural populations, including those who are medically underserved, according to a press release.
Inspired by rising wait times, limited access to appointments and provider shortages, the goal for Lifespan Health Services was simple: build a clinic where patients feel known, supported, and cared for without barriers.
The clinic is also known for its dedication to accessibility, personalized care and a community-focused approach — including offering same-day and next-day appointments, extended hours for working families, a warm, patient-centered environment, evidence-based care delivered with compassion and a provider who “builds long-term relationships with patients, not quick transactional visits,” according to a press release.
In addition to comprehensive primary care for adults and families, Lifespan Health Services offers a wide range of care, including same-day visits for illness or injury, medication management, Telehealth visits and sports, school and employment physicals. Patients can also receive care for chronic disease management of hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders and cholesterol; preventive care in the form of annual exams, screenings and wellness visits, and men’s and women’s reproductive health and hormone evaluation.
