Founder and CEO Doneisha Posey thinks the time for such a firm is now.

Posey has established a successful career as a civil rights attorney, professor and a leader in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). They are passionate about increasing representation and creating opportunities for historically underrepresented communities.
Having garnered experience in corporate, higher education and the public sector, Posey has a goal of fostering a more inclusive society.
Impacto Strategies offers strategic planning, facilitation services, translation and interpretation services and DEI advisory services.
