Minority Business Highlight: Be Nimble Foundation

Be Nimble Foundation is a nonprofit organization that offers career training and entrepreneurial programs that help Black and Latinx companies access resources, support and funding.

Kelli N. Jones and Jeff Williams founded Be Nimble Foundation and serve as its CEOs. As the leaders of this organization, Jones and Williams have focused on helping others achieve financial success and build generational wealth.

“We are building the national blueprint for diversity and inclusion in tech. We will succeed by eliminating every barrier to access and opportunity that prevents achievement for people of color. Generational wealth is the goal,” the organization’s website states.

In 2023, the organization, in collaboration with Cummins Inc., the City of Indianapolis and IMPACT Central Indiana, launched the Nile Fund. The fund provides revenue-based equity loans and traditional equity investments to Black founders and has since helped 18 Black and Lantinx entrepreneurs.

Be Nimble Foundation is located at 1220 Waterway Blvd.
