This special ingredient was handcrafted by Richmond to provide a unique, healthy spin on the classic butter featured in standard seafood dishes. Being able to cook classics with a new spin still doesn’t stop this chef from developing her own delicious dishes.
Dishes such as the featured “Love Butta Love Chops” include lamb chops served alongside smothered potatoes and corn are on the menu for those with an appetite for something other than seafood.
