Highlight: Mattingly Concrete honored as Indy’s Vendor of the Month 

Mattingly Concrete was recognized as the City of Indianapolis’ Vendor of the Month for July 2025 on July 7. The Office of Minority and Women Business Development (OMWBD) presented the award. 

OMWBD Director David Fredricks honored the certified Disabled-Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE) at the Indianapolis City-County Building. 

Mattingly Concrete is a leading concrete construction company. It has served Central Indiana, Southern Ohio and Northeast Kentucky for over 35 years. The company handles residential and commercial projects.
